Real estate photography in La Quinta. Fast MLS-ready files in 48 hours.
La Quinta splits into two markets that need two different approaches. The Cove is small, older, and sells on character and proximity to the mountains. PGA West and the surrounding clubs sell on scale, golf frontage and outdoor living.
A Cove casita photographed like a golf estate looks cramped, and an estate photographed like a casita looks empty. I shoot each for what a buyer in that segment is actually looking for.

MLS-ready listing photography in La Quinta

- Delivered in 24 to 48 hours
The La Quinta problem: the mountain wall
The Santa Rosas sit right on top of the Cove, so usable light there disappears noticeably earlier than a few miles north. Anything against the mountain gets shot first; the open golf frontage further out can hold on much later.

Questions
Real estate photography in La Quinta: common questions
Do you shoot PGA West listings?
Yes. Golf-frontage homes benefit from drone at $200, because the relationship between the house, the fairway and the mountains is most of the pitch and is hard to show from the ground.
How much does real estate photography cost in La Quinta?
By square footage: $275 up to 2,000 sq ft, $350 for 2,001 to 3,000, $450 for 3,001 to 4,000 and $550 for 4,001 to 5,000, custom above that.
Do you photograph smaller homes in the La Quinta Cove?
Yes, and the smallest tier covers most of them. Compact homes need careful lens choice and honest angles so the rooms read as they really are rather than distorted wide.
Is twilight photography worth it in La Quinta?
For homes with mountain or golf views, usually yes. Twilight is $200 and the Santa Rosas take on color after sunset that daytime shots cannot show.
Do you charge travel to La Quinta?
No. There is no travel fee anywhere from Desert Hot Springs to Indio, and La Quinta is inside that. You pay the same rate as anyone else in the valley.
How far ahead should I book a La Quinta shoot?
A week is comfortable, and I can often do sooner. Listings on a deadline and next-day turnarounds are worth calling about rather than emailing, because I can tell you straight away whether the date works.
Who owns the photos once they are delivered?
I own the copyright, which is standard in photography. You get full rights to use the images for what they were shot for, for as long as you need. The one thing the license does not cover is passing the files to another business to use as their own.
What happens if the weather is bad?
Overcast is often easier than full sun here, and sky replacement is included, so a flat white sky is not a reason to move a shoot. Genuine rain or high wind, which mostly affects drone work, we reschedule.
