How much does real estate photography cost in Rancho Mirage?

Do you charge travel to Rancho Mirage?
No. There is no travel fee anywhere from Desert Hot Springs to Indio, and Rancho Mirage is inside that. You pay the same rate as anyone else in the valley.
How far ahead should I book?
A week is comfortable and I can often do sooner. If the listing has to go live on a date, call rather than email: I can tell you on the phone whether the day works, and listing weeks move fast enough that a day of email is a day you do not have.
What happens if the weather is bad?
Overcast is often easier than full sun here, and sky replacement is included, so a flat white sky is not a reason to move a shoot. Genuine rain or high wind, which mostly affects drone work, we reschedule.
