Do you photograph donor and fundraising events?
Regularly. I plan the named groupings in advance with whoever is running the evening, so recognition shots happen without holding up the programme.
Can you work discreetly at a formal function?
Yes. Longer lenses, minimal movement during speeches, and no flash into a room mid-programme unless we have agreed it beforehand.
Do the photos work for an annual report?
Yes. I deliver high-resolution files suitable for print as well as web, which is why the same gallery covers both a social recap and a report spread.
Do you charge travel to Rancho Mirage?

How far ahead should I book?
Further out than the other two, because an event has one date and it cannot move. Most of my event work is booked a few weeks to a few months ahead. If your date is close, ask anyway, since cancellations happen.
What happens if the weather is bad?
Anything indoors is unaffected. For outdoor coverage we talk through a backup plan when we plan the day, and in the valley that is rarely needed.
